1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full before a booking can be confirmed. Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms such as Stripe, Calendly, or PayPal. You will be redirected to a payment page before selecting your session time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Only one (1) cancellation and reschedule is permitted per client booking. Subsequent cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
3. Session Conduct
All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Clients are expected to attend sessions on time and in a private, quiet environment. If you are late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
4. Confidentiality
All client information is held in strict confidence in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sessions are not recorded unless requested and explicitly agreed upon in writing.
5. Technology & Access
You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a working device for online sessions. I am not responsible for session interruptions due to technical issues on the client’s side.
